WRONG. 1980 my friend and boss Tom Urbanchuck started a circular saw on the jobsite. The damp plywood and the dew on his shoes made a very good ground. He was killed instantly. Left behind a 8 month old daughter and his wife.

I actually unplugged the light before I went to go play with it, but someone else plugged it back in.
