What he was doing was illegal. What this guy did, other than showing he was a cissy with poor people skills was, while strange and a bit over the top, was not illegal. You break the law, you fail to follow the orders of the arresting officer, you pay the consequences. She made very clear that she thought she was above the law, and she was not going to do as he asked, well, she suffered the consequences. And AGAIN, she was 72 years old, as she made VERY CLEAR. Bubba is a big boy. If he'd grabbed her and slammed her down to cuff her as you see in police vids, he'd have broken her arm or hip. |

There have been a rash of this type of tasering or the last couple years. I found five cases of a cop tasering someone for refusing to sign a ticket. One case in Utah, there is video clearly showing the "victim" calmly refusing to sign and an officer zapping him. The officer then explains to the guy's wife and CHILDREN that the man refused to follow his instructions so he had to let him have it! What's the big deal whether or not a guy signs the ticket? |
