News flash, don't like tasers or handcuffs, pepper spray, nightsticks????? Do what the cop askes you to do!!!! Otherwise learn to like getting tasered! I've never had a cop try to taser me at a traffic stop...I say yes sir, no sir, thank you sir. I've only been stopped when I was speeding and knew it. No argument there.
Reminds of a case we had up here where a Cop was pulling women over and ordering them to clean his shaft.

Bitch better get to sucking...if she has a problem with it she can bring it up in court but SHE BETTER NOT DARE QUESTION A PEACE OFFICERS DIRECT ORDERS AT THE SIDE OF THE ROAD!!

YOU WILL COMPLY!!

What do you mean, "knows him"? That was his Grand-dad.

Show some respect.

Thats not even remotely the same situation and fails to provide a good counter for your argument.

What he was doing was illegal. What this guy did, other than showing he was a cissy with poor people skills was, while strange and a bit over the top, was not illegal. You break the law, you fail to follow the orders of the arresting officer, you pay the consequences. She made very clear that she thought she was above the law, and she was not going to do as he asked, well, she suffered the consequences.

And AGAIN, she was 72 years old, as she made VERY CLEAR. Bubba is a big boy. If he'd grabbed her and slammed her down to cuff her as you see in police vids, he'd have broken her arm or hip.

OK so is the 72-year old lady frail and weak and fragile....or is she some furious powerhouse, ready to strike? Seems to change based on the proposed method to restrain her.

When an officer is giving you an instruction, you damn well do it. You don't argue, you don't piss and moan, you don't complain, and you damn sure don't challenge him. Especially over something as stupid as signing a freakin' speeding ticket.

I get tired of watching these people rebuff the authority of an officer and then are surprised when they get the smackdown put on them.

It's simple. Don't be a dumbass.

There have been a rash of this type of tasering or the last couple years. I found five cases of a cop tasering someone for refusing to sign a ticket. One case in Utah, there is video clearly showing the "victim" calmly refusing to sign and an officer zapping him. The officer then explains to the guy's wife and CHILDREN that the man refused to follow his instructions so he had to let him have it! What's the big deal whether or not a guy signs the ticket?

I noticed that too.

She's either about to die at any minute, or Chuck Norris's mom.
