Default Can't afford the tickets.

Can't seem to control myself.

I've become a middle aged squid.

Prior to this bike I had a Shadow 600. Putsy, putsy we went, was happy camper to cruise the roads. Shadow was stolen, looked for a new bike.

Didn't have much to spend, so bought a rebuilder KZ650. Spent a months making it good, and a few months riding it before winter set in. Didn't feel the need to wear flip flops and a wife beater....yet.

This is the third year I've ridden this bike, and I swear someone takes over the throttle when I throw my leg over.

Whizzing down the road at 85 has become the norm. I try and control the urge to lane change every mile, but sometimes I don't succeed.

Seems like this will run its course, hopefully Mr. POPO won't see me.

Truth. I'd hit triple digits almost every day on surface streets during the 11 mile ride to and from work.

You're both from MI. Normal speed limit is 90mph. Anything else will get your ass run over.

I remember when the national speed limit went into effect back in the 70's.

Didn't seem to affect MI. 94 was the norm on 94.

It's still that way. There are many surface roads here with a posted 55 but the flow of traffic goes 70.
