so is it a factory edition? thought only the factory's had gold frames...

That's more of a bronze/brown frame.......I don't think they came out with the gold frame until the 2nd gens, which had a gold frame but still a silver swingarm.

No, the Factory had carbon fiber bits, Ohlins, forged Oz wheels, etc. The gold frames show up again in the 2nd gen Tuono's.
