Marko, for what it's worth, my SV doesn't do much more than 125 or so, but I still have a blast, even at the "bigger" (than Loudon) tracks like VIR North, NJMP, etc.

Shit, I used to take my EX500 down to VIR North... I'd be clicking into 6th gear before the exit cone of the final turn and at top speed (about 105-110) before the beginning of pit wall!!! After that I'd make a sandwich & have a little picnic before I got to the braking zone for T1
I am one of the few around here that likes the track, a lot of myfriends give the whole its unsafe spiel yet they never rode the track. I seem to like th eles popular tracks for some reason. I like VIR south better than north, NJMP is OK in my book not the be all end all some make it out to be. Hell I even liked the jefferson course at summit and will ride that over shenendoah.

Main on the other hand is a favorite of mine but hated it at first, took a few days and I realy liked it after that.

Ya I love Loudon... even if only because I know it so well compared to the other tracks I've been to.

But at the same time, I'm excited to see when they'll finally start acting on their plans to create a new track... IF that ever happens... they were doing some very significant planning before the economy shit the bed.

There was talk of a new track up that way? never heard about that one. I had heard beaver run was going to build a new track but theyre nearly bankrupt. I think there was talk of another track in PA and something else in jersey. Guess we will just have to wait and see.

those along with a few njmp dates are whats set in stone, or will be when I book the dates. I may hit at least 2 summit main dates possiblt in may and june, tha tmay be contingent on the alleged repave.

Loudon is still up in the air as far as when, between boston moto and tonys track days there are a few back to back days that could fit. Monday/tuesday sets dont work but there are some that are more mid week, but I want to try to go when som eof the guys here are there so we can try to meet up, and even try to get some guys out when i go to vir and summit
We'll have to figure out if you're doing anything after August. I doubt I get to the track before that. We just figured out when our beach vacay is this year. August 14-21st. And damn, what a house we booked.

Right on. I wanna get to NJMP some day. Summit would be easy for us to coordinate.

NJMP you would kinda be on your own to get there and back I used to leave real early in the am and just get there by 7, but after the move and the hwy situation we have to go the day before, but Iwill have the trailer and all the supplies we would need so that would be easier for you.

I hear ya. I hate getting up the same day and going out. Mainly because I sleep like crap and hate getting up early.

I woke up at like 430am to go to Pocono.

Yeah, I was nervous too. When I know I have to wake up super early it gets in my head and I just can't fall asleep.
