Well any of you are welcomed in my garage. I've had the neighbors honda on the lift more than my bikes over the last few weeks. Told the owner his Honda has been hanging around my american bikes too much... starting to need more wrenching time from the "american bike disease"!

Does the garage floor next to the lift count?
a few buddies showed up for lets see.... Honda jetting, AIH jetting and carb adjustment, new brake pads front and rear, and new brake fluid. So I went from bike to bike, wrenched and gave directions... Thanks Sgt. for recoganition for the help. Chopper Nick... take your stupid air cleaner cover off so I can jet the damn carb! Then another HD showed up... thankfully much like the wife's bike under the cover. The HD's were the only bikes out of the 5 that didn't need a wrench! There goes that old saying!!! At the end of the day or allowed time the only thing that got done on my bike was making it worse but we got their bikes done. Oh well... another day tomorrow. And sometimes there are other things on MY lift that even keep MY bike from getting to it. Then you just do the work where you can.
Needed to check some stuff on the front end... didn't show it... but pulled the fender, fork brace, and a few other things... nothing too bad. More on what is on the lift later... |

i am hitting VIR on July 5th so either i do the adjustments now or after.. it runs fine now so no need to bust ass or anything - would be nice to run through it and make sure everything is tip top but also a chance of having issues, etc. i am probably all but out of time.. i have oil to change the oil but that will probably be the extent of my track prep.. and of course if my plan goes right and i get my R1 soon the R6 and work on it will be low priority.. either way i will come out and check out your lift soon..
