Instant 2-day ban for Person B then. I realize it's a private forum and not subject to any constitutionality or anything like that, that the mods make the rules and so on.

But, where else can you truly express your opinion anymore? Its important to be ourselves sometimes.

Why does "opinion" have to mean insulting?

Because that's how people are. I know for sure my opinions are offensive or insulting to some.

And it is my contention that the closer to one's heart a topic is, the more likely they are to be offended by the opinions of others.

I totally agree....I just don't care.

That's because you lack empathy.

Basically if you click the link and go there, don't come whine to me or the mods. It's your own fucking fault. I tried that with the war room, but it's too connected into the TWFix system, I want it more separated.
My VFR site did that for awhile. It didn't last long though, it was boring. It was like the subforum of oneupmanship. BORING I tell you.

Personally I think less editing means less whiney members.. When people say they are leaving because their feelings were hurt or whatever reason my thought is usually, "GOOD."

You won't see me cussing or calling people names but I certainly don't get my panties in a wad when someone else does. If I don't like it I skip the post/thread whatever. The only thing that does bother me are stalkers and luckily I haven't had one recently that I am aware of.

Back on topic, I mostly just lurk without participating in the conversation, but I have noticed the moderation issues that you have mentioned.
Exactly!

Just like our fucked up nation started with PET, the mess of the US(and the whole world, for that matter) began long before the current or previous administration.

BTW, we miss you squiddy!
