It really only abuses the brakes and the tires.

Clutch.....Not so much. You don't shift as often as you think you might.

the only thing im worried about is the start, i dont want to fuck up the 5 speed transmission, its my weak point, the car was built and setup for autocross

The start at a Solo II is usually built around a turn, so it's not going to be like an all-out launch.

Auto-Xed for years. It's pointless--you can get a real trackday with 30x as much track time for ~twice the price. And you don't have to stand out in a field picking up cones for half the day.

Mini guy will do it only if he's home but he's leaving for 4 and a half weeks ish on april 4th, and he has work to do like tires and such.
