I think beef ribs have better taste but unfortunately way more fat than pork..

Yep Greyhounds are awesome and very unique. Most people have never seen one and are suprised at how big they are. He is noticably faster than other dogs at the park...all other dogs back off when he runs after a tennis ball.

I've never tried the dry rub on the pork baby backs. I'll have have to try that out.

They don't have car awareness, so you have to be carefull. Mine was a retired racer and was an "older" 4 years old when I adopted him.
