I love Apple and their products but the more power Jobs is getting the worse he seems to be with his control issues. Control over the OS and hardware is what makes Apple my manufacturer of choice but I think controlling content is going a too far.

Yeah, in case you thought it was accidental, coincidental, or the work of some arbitrary part of Apple that was over-controlling everything, this should make you realize that Jobs himself is responsible for all that Apple has been criticized for lately...and it is in fact Steve that doesn't want you to have porn on your Apple.

It's PRECISELY that attitude that makes me avoid all things Apple....well, that and their obnoxious "hipper than thou" advertising campaigns....but seriously, who gives a fuck what Steve Jobs thinks? He's entitled to an opinion like everyone else...but..when he attempts to jam that opinion down everyone else's throat he's gone too far.
