You are better off finding a 2nd back seat pan, bolting the box to that, that way you could just swap out rear seats when you want (correct me if I'm wrong, but the SV rear seat just snaps in?)

I replaced my stock pillion seat for a Corbin pillion seat, so I have the stock pan still.

You are correct: it just snaps in.

I think the old seat pan may be the ticket. How awesomely easy would that be for conversion!

that's what I've seen several times... actually Tigger did that with a bag on his GSXR for trips... though I think he used a seat cover not actual seat...


I plan on making something similar when I get another bike (for ADVtouring)

Now that the case is sold...how much for the orange cone? And if I buy the cone, can you throw in the Taco Bell cup? Straw too.
