Default Why do people feel the need...

... to fuck with other people's shit?

Last night (what I'm assuming were) some drunk clowns decided to take the cover off my locked bike and sit on it, and then proceed to take the cover with them. Probably just threw it somewhere.

What are they going to do with a bike cover?

I mean, I am an alcoholic and do dumb drunk things all the time, but I sure as hell don't fuck with other people's shit...

I needed to take it off the road pretty soon anyways, so it's not a big deal in that sense, but still fucking annoying and unnerving. Not to mention a good bike cover is like 75 bucks.

Thanks, dickwads.

To mess with someone's bike is bad, but to actually take a cover off a bike is totally un-cool. Sucks that your cover is gone too.

Sorry to hear about your dealings with the scum of the earth.

Any way to lock the cover on the bike? My car cover has a cable lock

That's really gay. You're an engineer right? Rig up some wires under the cover and run an extension cord under the ground. A nice big dose of Alternating Current tends to make a person think twice about fucking with peoples shit.

that's fuck'n weak...

should invest in a 2nd seat and install little prongs so that when they sit down it stabs them in the junk... then attach the other end to the battery...

poof... you've just chlorinated the gene pool!

Yeah I had a little cable lock that could be routed through the grommets on the cover... it became too much of a hassle to add to the list of things to do to free up the bike for a short trip.

Oh well... basically it ended up going to my garage a week earlier than I had planned, not a big deal... just annoying and unnerving.
