ok time to chronicle toms antics and exploits

prety quiet so far, lot of boring stuff but got it under control.

I got a cool story form one of the other docs last night. Guy comes to one of our satelite clinics stating he ate an entire shrip (apparently youre supposed to clean or gut them or something) and it made its way through and got stuck in the rectum.

the docs at the clinic couldnt remove it, our attendings couldnt remove it, the surgery guys couldnt remove it so he had to go to the or to get it taken out.

So the case gets signed out a couple of times because i ttook a while to book the or, anyway my freind was thinking about this since it was kinda strange and realized given human anatomy a full shrimp would not make its way all the way to the rectum, it would not have passed through a few different places. thats when he realized the guy duped everyone and the shrimp was placed up there.

Anyway I am working on getting the x-rays for this one
