Default First time in 8 years...

Pulled the bike out today to get things started for spring.

For the first time ever, the battery wasn't strong enough to start the engine (and I've never used a battery tender). Not bad for an 8 year old battery, though. Hooked up a charger for an hour and she fired right up.

I put the bike up on the center stand and threw it in gear and noticed that the chain and back wheel are pretty jerky at idle; I don't normally put the bike in gear while it's on the center stand. Does anyone else's bike (those of you with chain drives) do that?

It seems a bit loose so I'm thinking that's the cause but figured I'd throw it out there.
