Default Probably a long shot...need someone with FZR experience...

I am finally replacing my leaky right side case cover. I ordered the parts...got them home and realized that the bearing inside the cover did not come with the new one. Sooooooo...now I have two options; run over to the bike shop and order a new one OR figure out how the hell to get the bearing out. I also think I need to get the metal dowels out too although I have not really tried to get those out yet...

If anyone has ever had any experience with anything like this please help! I know it is probably a long shot but maybe someone has an idea. Thanks!

Pics in case they help...
