Oh I am not doing any leg work. He is arranging everything. I am just asking questions about if some of the things he is wanting to do is legitimate and a good way to get it.

Interac is a company that handles inter-bank transfers. I suspect that the buyer is talking about an email funds transfer.

Point the buyer to this thread. It was written up by a Canadian Customs employee.

usually what the customer would want is a dummy invoice to keep the duty tax low...Good Luck
This is pretty much what he wants to do. I just want to know if the way he wants to pay, the recall notice, the payment method, and the dummy bill of sale are on the up and up.

from our experience we've never had any of our customers come back with horror stories of customs telling them that they had to pay more because they didn't believe them. whatever the price is knock off like 20-30% of what he paid for it.

Now as far as getting paid that is up to you...if you want secured funds have him do a western union wire transfer...would probably be the easiest and safest way. Our customers are usually rich Venezuelans spending our money from the sale of their oil or coke dealers from Columbia (I kid) who come up here and pay cash.
