Default -12 and up 85 ft!!!

Did my interview for the fire school today. It is -12 and windy. Climbed the ladder 85 ft without a problem. Did the maze as well and that was fine. Now I just have to wait for news on if I can get in or not.

That sounds shitty to me. Reverse the numbers (85F and -12' up) and that would improve things significantly. Good luck though.

Why would you want to do a job that might require that? Cheese and Rice that sounds absolutely horrible.

I didn't even know a human could survive in those temps. I know I wouldn't.

Are you just applying to the fire school? Or have you been accepted to the force?

My friend Marlene did the one in Waverly. She's been waiting six years to be hired on to the force.

Lol. Canadian. _-12 C or 9 F. I have been pursuing this since about summer. I have wanted to do it since a child but am only now trying it.

Just applying to the school. How old is she? I know a guy that has been waiting 1.5 years so far, heard of a guy that has been waiting 9 and he might have a job offer now. I know a guy that didn't wait too long to get in. They say if you leave Nova Scotia you have a better chance at getting a job quick but I'm not leaving.
