Derek that sucks dude...did you get any screws to fix the vertabrae?

Were you cayon riding or track? Don't know what on the lake means (unless you were trying to ride on the lake, which would then make you an idiot lol).

It's the part of the vertebrae that the muscle attaches to. Called the transverse process. They're like little arms that extend off the vertebrae. That's what I fractured. Only time'll heal it.

The lake is a local road. Federal land. My sig pic is one of the roads that lead to a boat launch out there.
