I had it for $89 but bought the normal dk smoke instead.

It was on sale, sale is over, sorry. The only reason was that I got the DK Smoke with the lid so I saw no reason to buy the other shield...for now. I may buy another Bell Star this Spring if they can come up with a design I like or at least solid white, yeesh. They do have some ugly helmets for sure!

Cold nights, the visor is fog city. The nose bridge/guard doesn't do much to help either.

Yea this lid is hella loud compared to the RSR2, its not even close. Lots of air=noise.

the loudness doesnt really bother me, but it seems weird that with all that air, it fogs up.

Mine hasn't fogged down to 50 degrees so far.... Um, you haven't washed the inside of the shield have you? I did that on my Scorpion...1, 2, 3 goodbye fog free!!!

na havent washed it, it damn near new as yours lol. 45-50 degrees at night here, fog city. idk either.
