Default Coolant

Evans NPG

Was looking around at what might be better Water wetter or Engine Ice and came across Evans NPG.

Wanted to see what you folks have to say about it.
http://www.evanscooling.com/html/mcycles1.htm

needs no water
does not freeze
never needs changed again
works without pressure in the system(no other coolant can do this), this means if your system fails and you don't know it, your engine will not over heat
protects from boilovers
legal in major racing organizations:
AMA and CCS

I find it hard to believe some of those claims. coolant cant work if it is not circulating through the motor and transferring heat out through the radiator. its just NOT possible.

ALL coolant must be changed once in awhile to get the dirt out and maintain your cooling system's effectiveness.

cyclelogic engine ice.

Be sure to check the brand... not all are equal!

Cyclelogic Engine Ice will reduce running temps by upwards to 20 degrees!!!!

I threw engine ice in mine when I mounted up the new radiator. Bike does seem to be running cooler and using the fans less often.

I haven't actually ridden it yet though... just idled and dynoed.
