It should be worth seeing if only for the special effects. I saw a clip on SciFi where they showed the face mask actually moves. It's only plastic, but still awesome!!

Just remembered theres a scene late in the movie when a sportbikers bike get's pulled out from under him while riding by a large...thing..I'll leave it at that.
Brownie points for anyone who can identify what kind of bike it is, I believe it's yellow so I thought maybe a ducati but the sound was an I4. I've noticed incorrect engine noises in tons of movies though. What's up with comicbook movies fucking up nice bikes? In transformers one dude gets on an aprilia mille r for like 2 seconds before crashing it and now ironman. Someone in the stunt department must love wrecking italian exotica.

I just got done watching it, it was ok, I wouldn't put it up there with the best movies ever or that it was awesome. I may watch it again tomorrow and redecide my stance on it, but I don't think it ranks up there with the first spiderman. It was one of the better comic movies though. Most of the comic movies disappoint me though. Ending was a little much. The special ending should provide for an interesting movie.

yea lol. "hey heff" the ending was fantastic. Blew the "loner, alter ego, modest" superhero stereotype out of the water in the last 10 seconds of the movie. I was completely satisfied with the way the movie turned out. on one hand i wish the fight scene w/ the villian was evenly matched and more drawn out, but on the other i really think they played it out perfectly. |
