Damn
You just made me feel a little old if you were watching South Park in Elementary school.
It came out in 1997

For some reason everyone on this board finds southpark to be what 40 something white women find Oprah to be. I am pretty sure they would set up a SP shrine if they could.

I watch the episodes that get good reviews or watch reruns. I never watch it when it airs for the first time, i caught the harley episode on the first run because I had been told to watch it before hand.

Yeah this deal just kinda fell into my lap, i wasn't actively looking for a Harley at all.. I can't find anything cheaper, even those that have way more miles and salvage titles are still more than this bike.. I think I'm gonna grab it tomorrow..

I was surprised at that price too.

Is it the one with counterbalancer or just the regular twin cam?

Friend of mine had a Sportster for sale at his shop and it a took a long time and a lot of price drops to sell. I think it was a 2006.

He let me take it for a spin and it was a big adjustment.
Feet flailing about for the first couple of feet because they wanted to go where I'm used to putting them on a sportbike or standard.
Power delivery was... occuring, I guess.
Good torque right of idle followed by lots of noise and moderate acceleration
shift
gas for a sec
shift
gas for a sec
until your at top gear and you kind of put-put around.
At a stop you kinda watch everything jiggle. Readjust the mirrors because they keep moving around. It does give you something to do at stops.

Luckily, the bike I rode had quiet pipes.

For 5K I'm guessing there are things that need fixing but I think it would be worth a little work.
Actually no.
I'm just embracing "diversity" in the motorcyle community.
I wouldn't touch that thing. I'd use that 5K instead to cover a data plan on a phone so I can post up pictures of the St Patties day parade as soon as I take em.

$30 extra for a data plan = $724
Why the fuck do I have to get a data plan just to get something beside the crappo phones?

F u Verizon.

Sounds like a good deal. Many people love the Dynas. The powertrain of a big twin but on a smaller frame. Not sporty small but close. Very able bikes.

And those look like samson ground pounders on it. I bet its loud.
