That sounds like everyday where I work. I especially love it when men with bilateral arm sleeves have to have blood work or IV's and they cry like children. I have little tolerance for adults that can't suck it up and take a needle. There are very few people that have a true needle phobia - those people are kinda sad. The others are just wussy.
I would have kicked her out. I don't have time for that where I work. I tell people to sit still and deal with it or I'll leave and they can go sit back in the ER waiting room and fester. |
