Same here. The company I work for is huge so we have people here from all over and I try not to say it since some people.. like on here...want to stereotype you for saying it even when in the long run you find out they aren't so smart themselves.

I've caught myself saying 'you guys' in place of it.

We even saw a Smart Car with antlers on it this morning...looked like it was going to take flight.
