If Zeos or someone else can confirm the address or get us a personal PayPal address, then I'm in. I was thinking about sending a little more while I was sitting in my hotel room down south last week, but that was when the site was down. We all know what happened after that.
Don't use that one until I verify it....I'll try and call Rez later today/tonight...

Also, do me a favor and obfuscate that addy in some way, just in case

I just sent Nancy an email...

There is no easy way to go about this.

First, I'm horribly sorry for the entire tragic nightmare that the two of you have endured from the first drunk hit. It seemed to start a downward spiral that turned out of control somewhere in the middle there... without anyone to take control over it. It's awful, and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone that I didn't care about - let alone someone that started a *family* for me and others that I care about.

Let me say a heart felt THANK YOU for everything in the past - for Cycle Forums, for time, for energy, for pouring your soul into it.

It's rough.

I'm sorry that any of my words might have come across wrong - I now know they did. Hindsight is so very 20/20. They weren't intended that way - just got typed in a fit of information thrown at me - and I now know they have come across selfish. I'm so very sorry.

That being said, I won't give Stew more than the dime he already has of my time. He's burned me in the past with other major forums - and I just hope that y'all got enough to take care of you for a while. Really and truly. If not - how do we help? I know he posted that proceeds will go to you and yours for the month of November - I'd rather send you cash myself (and know many more that would).

I would like to officially invite you to come play with us - I know contracts are icky and contingent on other sites. So, I understand if you don't come over right away. But, PLEASE, pretty please, stay part of our family... we aren't in ANY way angry with you and understand how Stew works. www.twowheelfix.com

I don't know the entire story so I'll let someone else tell it...

... but I would be very interested in helping, again, any way I can.

Cliff Notes version: Rob and Nancy (aka Rez and Lorilye on CF) were the owner of the site and of TrickTape (physical store). Got hit by a drunk driver which caused them to lose time from the store, po'd customers, money, dr.'s bills, etc... A lot of us donated money, Zoomie did a few fundraisers and one of the guys from the site did a calendar to help raise money for them. They still haven't gotten the settlement and it just all got to be too much and had to sell the site and file BK. We were all just told there would be a software upgrade, then found out that VS had bought it. Got upset and left. We all still love the family we had there and Rob and Nancy. The end.

Next story starts here where we hope to have a new family
