Tell me about it...Im excited though I get to make this how I WANT IT not how an apartment complex wants it.

Cant wait to start painting Lol

And I think I might just unleash the rear tire on the gragae to help me relieve some stress when the bike gets here.

its a great feeling till your mortgage goes up $400/mos cuz the mortgage broker didn;t put enough escrow.

seems to be the case w/ alot of peeps i know, usually about 10-20% higher the 2nd yr.

Almost, you need to buy yourself a small heater first. The list goes on!

Moving is fun, you get to find shit you never knew you had then you throw it out. When I moved I threw out more shit then I took with me. I still have have a few boxes sitting around that I didn't unpack yet too, and I moved here a few years ago. Get it done early or it'll never happen. lol

Grats on owning your own place, I can't wait to get that feeling.

I agree...I have boxes I never unpacked. I've been here nearly 3 years.
