Go figure that the American city with the highest Arab/Muslim population would have a terrorist problem...

Someone once asked me why there were so many there and I said, "Have you seen the number of convenience and liquor stores in the Detroit area?" I mean there's at least one on every corner!

yeah, if you're gonna take your chances of dying in a fiery plane crash at least wait until penn state is in a respectable bowl game. it'd be a shame to die on the way to/from the slaughter by LSU. talk about a waste of $$.

You know, I see your attempt at blatant dispresct of the mighty Nittany Lions, and I'll give you the fact that they are not/were not a good team this year. I'd be lying if I said I thought they were a lock to win this game.

But I've never been to a bowl game...and tix are going for as cheap as $11 bucks. At that price it was worth looking into. I'm just not paying 1000 bucks for air fare for my wife and I...especially when I am terrified of flying.

Why are you terrified of flying? Is there a reason behind it? Do the big, loud engines make you scared? Scared you are gonna be hijacked?

Shhh...I'm trying to stir up the Libs on the board and it's not working....

Did you see that his father went to the authorities and warned them about his son and that they didn't do anything? Man, they are lucky that his bomb duded or some heads would have rolled for sure!

$11?! seriously?! wow, that's cheap. and kinda sad in a way. hard to believe airline tix would be more expensive than game tix, at least for a bowl game.

Not really non bcs bowls are always dirt cheap. Fans usually do t travel well for lesser bowls.

Not sure where you would have been flying from/to, but you could check AirTran. They sometimes have some good prices.
