As far as the gravel BS, sweep it up and dump it on his front porch. Asshole.

we have laws about numbers but it goes by acreage and size of animal, we are allowed a lot of cats. as long as they're fed and housed it's considered ok.
they own 80 acres. funny they will go out and count peoples livestock to make sure they are within the laws. 1 horse per acre and such.
the husband actually died last year. he was generally a very nice person just different. he was born in that house, lived there his whole life and died there. now the wife lives there with their adult kids.

I had a neighbor that was a real ass. He reported us to the Animal Control after my dog got out one snowy day. Apparently it ate the cat food his wife leaves out to feed the stray cats (skunks). Then he sent us a threatening letter about my wife babysitting, trying to use a no business covenant for the Subdivision. Then he lit up my back yard with 4 huge floodlights for almost a year. Felt like I was living next to a prison.

Anyways I ignored him and he was evicted last month.

Town highway superintendant for the dirt piles (make sure they send her the bill for their grading or removal)

Then ignore her. No matter what.

It'll drive her crazy.

Random thought:
I have two neighbors in the culdesac that I think are pretty cool. There are only three of us in the culdesac - so does this mean I am the asshole neighbor, by default?

No, there are other reasons why you're the asshole...

Of course it does! There is always an asshole neighbor, it's a rule!
