near as I can tell the intakes are literally to the outside edge of the headlights. this bike looks like a totally fucking sick beast that will just straight up RIP for street and track use.
do those dual projectors in there kinda remind anyone else of the XB12 firebolt in a way?

The regular FZ is unchanged. The FZR....nahh, don't like it. They went back to the older square swingarm, no undertail exhaust and a smaller rear tire. Not exactly "R" rating in my opinion

i was actually thinking they looked more like the lights on a daytona.

Its replacing the YZF600R that they discontinued in 07.

The R1 has a gear indicator now and a completely redesigned instrument cluster that looks badass. You can only see it in the video until they throw more pics up in the gallery.
