Mine was mostly modded when I got it. First thing I did were tires, HIDs, and oil all at once. Oh and chain and sprockets were right before that.

Exhaust was first for me too!

I researched my pipe like crazy and decided on the Devil's. BEST decision I ever made and people notice them all the time. The sound is incredible!

Not the best picture of the pipes but you get the idea.

That backside looks so good it should be in a different part of the forum!

I have been fortunate enough to have several new bikes in my life. The process is always the same. First things that go are the reflectors and manu warning stickers, then it is brake lines, pads, and gearing. Then the invariable and almost certain transformation towards track prep, Case covers/protectors, sliders. Tires are usually shagged by this point so the upgrade gets done. Then the rearsets are needed cause I have extra grip.

I don't get into clip ons or exhausts until I get bored with the above mods or really get serious about taking it on track looking for those last 2 tenths

First was lowered a tiny bit and bar risers since I'm not 12 feet tall like some people! The first one I WANTED to do was exhaust. Then horn.. then heated grips.. then LED brake lights.. then and then

OMG Kell, I am so envious. That is the bike that I really wanted. Most likely will be my second once i build up some experience and cash. If you ever want to upgrade....

But back on topic. My bike already came with a Yoshi pipe, jet kit, aftermarket levers and rearsets, double bubble windshield, and carbon fiber intake covers. Most likely my first mod will be SS braided lines or HID lights. Mainly because my brakes are fucked up..... and a headlight is out.

My bike already had an aftermarket exhaust so that was something I did not have to do.

First thing I purchased was my Ohlins shock...but Mark would not let me put it on until I realized how awful the stock ride was.

By the time I got the Ohlins installed I already did my stars and my seat.

Replace the stock clutch slave cylinder with a Yoyodyne unit, because the stock Ducati slaves are machined by blind eight year-olds on crack.

Replaced the WAY over sprung rear shock with a Penske sprung for my weight. Also installed Ohlins front fork internals, braided brake lines and frameslides. All have been VERY worth it. (best presents ever from my BF )
