I applaud the guy for speaking his views rather than keeping quiet because he fears the loss of sales.

I guess being privately owned helps.

Same here. And as far as hurting business? Good luck getting anywhere near one of those places today, some of the drive-thru lines are reportedly over a mile long!

Personally, I eat there when it's convenient and will continue to do so. But I'm not about to get in on this stupid "crusade" it has turned out to be. Both sides (boycott and support) are in desperate need of something better to do with their time, IMO.

I didn't realize today was anything special until a few minutes ago.

Someone here at work just came back from there. This person had never eaten there but has now discovered CFA due to the recent publicity. He said it was crazy busy, yet was impressed with the food and service.

Boycott backfire.

Chickfila got major business today because all the Southern Baptists were going there to support their Christian business and all the gays were going there to "show their presence". That concludes 95% of GA's population all eating at CFA today. Cathy is laughing his ass off to the bank.

Damn, the economy is worse than I thought. I think I am the only person in the US with a job and thus no time to wait in the hot ass Sun for hours for a crappy fried chicken sandwich.
