Assassin!
At least that's what I wish someone had shouted when a PETA protester slapped a pie in the face of our Minister of Fisheries. Then RCMP would likely have made sure she never did something this stupid again.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dvK3jR83iz0 PETA claims responsibility after Fisheries Minister pied in face Burlington, Ont. — The Canadian Press Published on Monday, Jan. 25, 2010 12:08PM EST Last updated on Monday, Jan. 25, 2010 6:26PM EST Police have charged a woman with assault after a pie was pushed into the face of federal Fisheries and Oceans Minister Gail Shea Monday in Burlington, Ont. Ms. Shea was delivering a speech at the Canada Centre for Inland Waters to open the Aquatic Life Research Facility, west of Toronto. Halton regional police say a woman stood up in the front row and pushed the “shaving cream pie” squarely into Ms. Shea's face. The animal-rights group PETA says it is responsible for the incident. PETA says in a release it was part of its campaign “to stop the government's ill-advised sanction of the slaughter of seals,” and called the pie used a “tofu cream pie.” Ms. Shea, who represents a PEI riding, did not require medical attention and returned to the podium after wiping the pie from her face. Emily McCoy, 37, of New York City, was taken into custody and charged with assault. “Shame on you Gail Shea ... it is a shame on Canada, it is a shame that she has not denounced this bloody seal hunt,” the protester said after Ms. Shea was pied.

But baby seal is delicious.
Someone should lock PETA activists in a room with no food except for meat, and see if they die of starvation or break down and eat the food.

They don't have to go that far. It's only about 30 miles from the courthouse to African Lion Safari in Cambridge, ON. Sounds like a plan to me.

Ok, why doesnt the canadian government investigate the PETA organization as organized crime? They friggin admited to it, PETA said they were reponsible for this personal assault on the fisheries chick. What i'm saying is that they should subpeona all Peta documents, funding, and basically seize their office and shut them down
