Default 40 Days and 40 nights is not easy.

For some reason, I decided to test out the premise of the movie 40 Days and 40 Nights. I'm only one week into this "project" and I'm already having difficulty concentrating. My eyes are about to bug out of my head. I'm going to try my damndest to make it all the way through, but it sure as hell isn't easy.

No whackin' it either?

Damn...

I've heard that your testosterone levels will increase pretty substantially around this time (1 week in) and you'll start to see some emotional impacts as a result (become more aggressive, take more risks, etc)...

True.

Your testosterone levels will peak on or around the 7th day, however will diminish shortly after. There will not be another rise until sexual release or a major emotional event happens causing an internal release of hormones.
