Default HUGE part I'm working on ( plenty of OT )

I put in 60 hours this week welding on this extremely large stainless steel weldment. Plenty of TIG welding and also some MIG welding too.

This is half of the main body. It's 30' long, about 7' deep and just over 8' high.

Out of focus picture of the inside. The fan is set at 7' tall and that's a 6' step ladder in the back. The two augers pictures later will go in each half of this main body.

The auger body, three augers with the drive system will weigh over 20,000 lbs fully assembled.

This will hold three large augers to remove the processed material from the tank.

Where the product comes out of the auger. It's 25" wide and 100" long.

This will bolt up to one end of the auger and along with a heavy steel motor mount ( made of four I beams with 1/2" plate on the top), hold the three motors with speed reducers that will drive the augers.

Those stainless steel augers are 36' long and weigh over 3500 lbs each.

Since we are playing the guessing game... It must be for human food, because nobody would pay for stainless for cow feed.

Nice work.
