agreed. the imported euro 4's were terrible, things got a lot more exciting when the big three figured out how to build their own small motors

There was a cat that figured out that you could shoehorn a small block Chevy into a Fiero GT with almost entirely stock Chevy off-the-shelf parts.

A mid-engined V8 American sports car has its allure...a poor man's Pantera...
