depends on the winters 101... Most weeks you're in the single digits... Late Jan early Feb you'll have weeks in the Neg single digits... I had three weeks one winter where we didn't see above 0... with one of those weeks having a high of -10 and a low of -15.
My parents live in Fargo (for god knows what reason) and they were, 90% of the time, colder than I was in Anchorage. Quote:

we have 2 seasons here: snowmobiling season and motorcycling season.
