Kelly, so sorry for your loss. Like you said, you never know whether they can hear you, but maybe she was waiting for you to let her know that it was ok to go.
Remember the good times, share some of your special memories, and use the lessons she taught you to be the best person you can be. She'll never leave you. RIP Dolly.
