A&R Race Baffles are in there; you just can't see them. I also had my OEM steering damper rebuilt by Kyle Racing, so it works like a real Ohlins damper, not that neutered piece of shit that Kawasaki puts on there.

That's pretty much it. A small amount of low-cost mods, lots of riding gear and as many miles as I have time for!

Nowadays it seems like it's more original to keep things as stock as possible vs. modding the piss out of something.

Not much. Homemade fender eliminator. Stalk turn signals. Painted headlight housing. Brake caliper and line replacement. Frame sliders and slider spools. I've got TechSpec grip to go on when the weather warms up.
