I really don't see a problem with the original email. I do this stuff at work. It's called creating some urgency. My guess is that your daughter and classmates had been "reminded" before. Now he needs the damn slips

Why don't you just sign the damn form? Is it the teachers fault you and your ex don't get along? lol
