bs those games had massively different feel. Try drifting a car in 4 like you would in 3. Aint gonna work

Im playing this now, picked it up today.

Unbelievable graphics and cutscenes, story is good, battle system is cool, but the game is really linear.

A lot of fun though, worth 60$.

I dunno about the sounds, but they changed the way the cars control a shit ton. The car doesnt just hold the road like they used to in earlier games, its a lot harder.

Ya I been playing it too. Only the first half is linear. Get to explore and go backwards later on.

Im 14 hours in. I love the game, but its still a straight path to the end so far. Not complaining, I knew this before I bought it. FFX is very linear too, and its one of my favourites.

The graphics and FMV are second to none though, wow. HD gaming FTMFW!!!

I'm about 11 hours in now. I just got the settings right on my TV and PS3, and HOLY SHIT. FFX is my now my second favorite. It's funny that you mention that though, because most of the people I talk to hate the game.

For anyone that wants to make sure they're getting the best out of their setup, I highly recommend following this guide to set your TV up for full rgb and super white.

Makes a noticeable difference for me, but a couple of my friends just shrugged it off. Then again, they might not be doing it right.
