sometimes the wannabe racers tear it all to hell and there's nothing left but dirt.

Ok, I actually probably did. I dont tear up the trails, but absolutely everything else is fair game.

Who was it that landed on a big area of ice a few years back, might have been CF times...was that you James?? My memory is non-existant but I remember someone wiped out on their sled but it was a bunch of ice under the snow! ouch!

It was KPH and that was on tight technical trails that were mostly single track. Anywhere else is wide open.

Not a sign to be seen anywhere on the NB trail system, and the booklet I got with my trail pass doesnt mention one. It does talk about speed in the 'safe riding' section, but doesnt give a speed limit.

The big thing here is alcohol. Everybody rides these things smashed, and every year, people die.
