Um which one is worth more? Cause when you give it to me I'm going right to the dealership to trade it off on a new pickup.

I'd take the Cobalt across country before the Maserati for reliablity...but the Cobalt isn't a model either.

Now you have me picturing a group of designers gathered around a table staring at their version of a blank page... the block of clay. "Looks good, let's just put some lights on the corners and go home."

Depends on which type of vehicle you prefer. I like squared off vehicles vs. round ones...hence why I almost always buy trucks.

The following is with every single option offered (except AWD since its not available on the Lexus)

Cadillac CTS, $43,580 Fully Loaded, 304 HP V6
Cadillac CTS-V, $64,300 fully loaded with pavement blistering 556 HP Supercharged V8
Cadillac STS, $68,725 Fully Loaded, 320 HP Northstar V8
Cadillac STS-V, $82,735 469 HP Supercharged Northstar V8

Lexus IS350-F, $61,945, 416 hp from a 5.0L V8

I am a complete Toyota product fan (I'm on my 8th Toyota product currently) so I thought the choice would be made easily...however, I am also a die hard Cadillac fan who was raised on their old "The World's Standard" slogan which was true back in the day and have had about 8 Caddies as well, some much older (pre-1977 and a few newer (post 1990 models)

Cadillac and GM in general have put out some complete crap from the mid 70's to the mid 90's but have made great strides to not only bring back their previous owner loyalties but attract new younger clients as well.

In today's economy, I would be more inclined to support the US manufacturer over the foreign any day of the week as opposed to the Japanese.

So, my choice would be for the Cadillac.

Again, I don't see why you guys are comparing the STS to the IS...........The IS is the SMALLEST of Lexus' four sedans.

And you can get an IS for as low as $32K, or $37K with the 3.5 engine.
