I'm wondering if I'll catch any flak when I take all of the old two-wire wiring to scrap after ripping it out of a house I'm working on. But fuck it, I have the right to the wiring, so they can kiss my ass.

yeah copper is the new thing. Copper wires and all.

Wild 955 (south Florida radio station) did little stint one time where they set one of the DJ's up in a bad area, had him set down some copper wire and go hide to see how long it took before it got stolen. It was literally like 2 minutes. And it was a few kids that came up to jack it. The DJ came out of his hiding spot and told them it was his and they were like "Oh" and gave it back.
