My WTF is what he was moving traffic for. Was it for the ambulance (which is lucky(?) for him)? Why even have lights on ambulances if they need an escort?

Dumb move on the cop and I'm sure the yellow car person was an idiot too.

I'm surprised that the car or cars directly behind the semi didn't get him. The guy in the yellow car actually doesn't have any excuse, he could not have been watching the road. He never even hit his brakes until he made contact imo. Definitely a stupid move by the cop. If people couldn't see all of those bikes and the ambulance coming... There must have been someone pretty fucking important in that ambulance!!!
