Quitting smoking was the best thing I could have ever done for myself. I started riding bicycles on a regular basis, you can't smoke and pedal - it just doesn't work well.

Now, I'm with the rest in that it's just foul and GROSS.

Oh, and from the chick perspective... don't dip. *gack*
