I cant imagine wanting implants, but that is mostly because I will likely end up having the opposite after we are done breeding. Hell these days with the push up bra's and gel inserts who needs a boob job?

Still I would be pissed if they screwed it up, but I think $5 mill. is a bit much.. shesh.

And how the hell would it end a marriage unless the marriage was on pretty rocky ground to begin with?

BTW I'm totally with you on this. And, a lawsuit isn't always someone's get rich idea. Sometimes it's about making the doctor uninsureable....

Ya, while im against most lawsuits to make people rich, there are also times I believe the person wronged, should sue for millions.

This person paid good money, to have a procedure done correctly, by a medical professional, who specializes in that type of surgery.

If you went to a mechanic and he made the engine in your car grenade, would you feel good about going back to him in order to have it fixed.

Now change "car" to "body."

Yes actually, I have often gone back to the same mechanic in those situations. Okay, change that to he should have to pay for you to have it fixed by another doctor, how's that? I'm going to be cordial if it kills me!
