Since this is also about the War Room.
Users who do not wish to participate in the War Room will not show it listed and will not see the threads. It's completely invisible to the rest of the board who didn't sign up to play in it. This was done on purpose. The information was posted in two places. It was never posted in off topic, because I didn't foresee the need. It was posted in News Desk: http://www.twowheelfix.com/showthread.php?t=13567 It was also posted in the one place no one reads, the rules of the site forum Guidelines: http://www.twowheelfix.com/showthread.php?t=13540 There are also rules within War Room, once you sign up for it stickied to the top.
