In Ontario right of way laws trump other laws(speeding, etc)

Unfortunatly, I see the biker being at fault here. He/she was clearly going faster than all other vehicles on the road. However, the car didn't have a turn signal and did not yield. These facts are often communicated in the report from the rider of the bike, however, due to the lack of movement and lack of any kind of first aid action from the bystanders I doubt he is alive. In fact, I have seen accidents like this first hand, and that rider probably has stuff poking out of him in all kinds of directions.

I hate to see bikers get jacked up like that, but it was really his own fault.
