I have one, it's really great but damn they are snug. The visors get dinged quickly and easily. I've seen them online for ~70 bux, prob will pick up another (in a bigger size) next time I see that.

I have the exo-1000. Fits nice when on, but good god it feels like I'm squeezing my head in and out of a vag. Rug burns the hell out of my ears.

Different cheek and ear pads are available as kits (I think they're $19.95)

The EXO1000 has three shell sizes (XS-S, M-L, XL-XXL).
While the top pads won't interchange, the cheek and ear pads will; that' how I got mine to fit right.
The EXO400 - 750 use two shell sizes (S-M, L-XL) and the cheek and earpads for those will interchange as well. Just remember that the snug fit is good; just ride more so you don't have to take it off as often

No it actually fits very well....just for some reason the cheek pads don't slide on your face all that great.
