This has more to do with crappy brake design than a lack of maintenance. My Hayabusa has had soft brakes since the day I left the dealership with 4 miles on the odometer. Many brake pad and fluid changes later and now on 79,xxx miles, the brakes are still soft.
I've finally decided to research brake upgrades to rectify the issue. I'll make the Hayabusa stop like it should have from day 1.

My buddy has a K5 1K and he moved my bike once and grabbed my front brake and cracked a joke
